A new way to protect your cards
Check out these new tools for Red River Bank customers. With card controls in our mobile banking app and the SecurLock Equip app, you're in control of how and when your Red River Bank cards can be used.
Mobile Banking App Card Controls
Just like SecurLOCK Equip for RRB credit cards, the card controls in the RRB mobile banking app allow you to be in control of your card and help prevent fraud. Left a store without your card? Lock it until you get back. Shopping around the neighborhood? Set the card to work only where you are. Providing a card to your college-bound child? Receive alerts and monitor their spending.

SecurLock Equip Card Control App

Signing up for card controls for your Red River debit card in the RRB Mobile Banking app and for your Red River Bank credit card using SecurLOCK Equip is quick and easy. Once you have installed the apps and select "Sign Up Free", you will be prompted to enter your Debit or Credit Card information, Billing Address and the last 4 of your Social Security Number.
